Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex). Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once full payment has been received.

Wholesale orders can take between 2-3 weeks to ship
Please inquire about rush orders. The rush fee is 15% of the total order price.

We will provide you a tracking number upon shipment. Pretty Queen Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to ensure your orders are delivered to you safely.
